UNITED STATES TARGETTED FOR DESTABILIZATION
LAROUCHE WAS RIGHT

As voting for the Democratic Primary in the 9th District progresses today, we are struck by a major destabilization, targetting the United States, beginning in the attack on the World Trade Center in New York City. I alert all to the point that this is not "terrorism", but is "destabilization" by those figures who have demanded a "clash of civilization" scenario.

For those who received my literature during the campaign, or those who logged on to Mr. LaRouche's web site, this horrible development is not a surprise. I quote one paragraph of Mr. LaRouche's statement dated August 24th, "Jacobin Terror Aims at D. C.":

"The world is presently gripped by the biggest, most deep-going, most deadly financial and monetary crisis since Europe of the middle to late 14th century. We are in a period in which economic and related circumstances have made the idea of regular modern warfare a sick joke, in which regional and other 'little wars,' terrorism, political assassinations, and other forms of destabilization, are leading items on the agendas of many of the strategic planners. The financial and monetary crisis in its presently advanced stage, drives desperate political forces to the brink, desperate political forces who would rather drive civilization itself to the brink, than tolerate the changes in financial and monetary institutions which the present situation demands."

I suggest the voters and press take my advice, and listen to Mr. LaRouche. He and I will be releasing much more on this -- and have released many warnings to this effect over the last period of time. I regret this tragic loss of life -- made particularly tragic because it need not have happened. I fear we will be saying that "a tragic loss of life need not have happened" over and over, unless our citizens recognize the actual global economic and political crisis we are in, and those who will take advantage of it. We have nothing to fear so much as DENIAL itself.

FLASH -- [10:30 am]: Lyndon LaRouche has directed that President Bush or someone in authority must immediately get on the phone with Russian President Putin, and determine how to work together to clean this crisis up quickly. Following that contact, President Bush should inform the American people, that a basis for cooperation has been established between the former superpower of Russia and the United States.
